Great location just a short walk from Piazza Municipio. the twin room I booked had enough room for three beds, which was pretty cool! 🌟

I really enjoyed the building, there was really good feeling with a little bit of history. The rooms were really good redecorated. Good location, everything was near- the beach, the ships, citysightseeing buses. Good breakfast, very good juices indeed.
I didnt like the insect what I found in the bathroom.

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the downtown of Napoli. It is close to the port, for those who wish to travel with the ferry and take trips to Capri or Palermo. It can be easily reached by bus (Alibus) from the Central Train Station or the airport. The hotel is cosy, clean, located in an old historic villa, but renovated and beautifully refurbished. It is somehow a mix between a boutique hotel and an aparthotel. Lots of Napoli's places of interest are nearby, so the hotel is suitable to anyone wishing to combine a shopping spree with visiting various historic sites. Hotel services were excellent, the breakfast was generous and the staff was kind and helpful. I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to have a pleasant stay in Napoli.
I only have a small complaint about the hotel: it is not to be spotted easily, in fact it was a little bit difficult to find. I would recommend setting up some kind of visible sign, a panel that would advertise the name of the hotel. As a distinct recognition sign, I would mention a large green entrance gate that leads to an inner courtyard. From there, use the elevator to reach the 1st floor where the reception is located.

Location. It was pretty much within walking distance of everything. You have great tourist attractions within 5 minutes of walk. Surrounding there are various types of shops that can be convenient for travelers. The staffs were very kind and helpful. It offers free wireless internet in common areas (not in rooms). The rooms were clean and renovated.
Elevator is quite small as the hotel is on the second and third floor of an old building. You would have no clue whether this can be a hotel from outside, but the rooms are recently renovated and clean. The breakfast was very bad and poor.

The place was fairly clean with a very very nice staff. Delicious food and quiet atmosphere. Great location, within walking distance of a mighty basilica. Small restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, good services. Everything very good!

We had a very comfortable family room with lots of space for the 4 of us. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Naples - we felt very safe walking about in the afternoon and early evening and found some very good restaurants nearby. The stop for the r2 bus to the railway station was very close so we could catch a train to Pompei and we also used the Alibus straight to the airport - it took about 10 minutes to walk with our suitcases. We would use the hotel again.

Located in heart of Naples. Clean. Helpful staff.
A fair amount of back-street noise even with windows closed. Room was newly fitted out and therefore clean, but build finish was poor (e.g. skirting boards and door frames did not fit flush; poor grouting in bathroom).

The hotel was located in a 17th century palazzo right on one of the main shopping streets, it is within easy walking distance of the port (for trips to Sorrento etc.), the museum, the funicular up to the Vomero and the restaurants & bars on the Lungomare. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even saved us money on our taxi fare back to the airport. For a weekend break it is an ideal base.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
